20/20 energy swap refers to sending energy to your mobsters (via Top mob) and sending an energy return (via the broadcast) and they do the same to you.

For example:
Person A sends energy.
Person B returns energy.
Person B sends energy.
Person A returns energy.

Sends refers to sending energy via Top Mob.
Returns refers to returining energy sent to you.

All in all though, as Matt stated.

Player A sends to player B by promoting player B to their top mob, however, for player B to return that energy in reply to player A's sent boost, Player A must have player B in their top mob.

Reversely, if Player B sends to Player A through promotion of player A to top mob, in order to receive energy back from player A, player B must keep player A within their top mob until the energy has been returned, otherwise the exchange will not go through.

Patience is a virtue in this game. Considering that a player can only promote and send 16 boosts to their mob, it is very hard to make out with 20/20s most of the time.

Also, even when the person you are sending has just broadcast that they want to do some 20/20's, it does not mean that they will go through with it. its good when they do but it doesn't always happen

That is true. Some people are impatient, while others are very antsy just to get energy. From time to time I've heard the broadcast system giving problems, although it is supposedly fixed (that much I cannot confirm), also, not everyone is patient in having to delete messages one by one to then refresh to call up broadcasts from even farther back.

The plus about the broadcast is knowing whos on, but users with big mobs will find it to be one hell of a nightmare

how do you send energy via the broadcast?

In the green text where it says something like: "Click here to send an energy boost back to ***" where it says "here" click it and you will send an energy boost back to the person who sent you energy.

Thanks, Matt. I get that part (I already knew that :) ). I guess what I'm stuck on is the difference between that message and the SEND ENERGY button on the Top Mob. I understand that I can send a Top Mobbie energy via the SEND ENERGY button that appears under their pic on my Top Mob. I also know that once I hit that button I cannot send that person energy via Top Mob anymore that day. What I don't understand is how 20/20 works from the standpoint of INITIALLY sending energy via the BROADCAST and then being able to send it via Top Mob but only after initially sending it via the broadcast. I've received energy via the broadcast and had to CLICK to send it back and then been able to send another 10 to that person via Top Mob because I had not already done so that day, but I don't know how to initiate a 20/20 (via the broadcast). Does that make sense?

Yeah, it makes sence, sort of.. So what you are asking is how a 20/20 swap happens and how to do a 20/20 swap?

Well, when you send another person an energy boost via Top Mob, the person you send energy is able to return it via the broadcast. The person who you send energy puts you in their top mob (if they didn't already have you in their top mob) and sends you an energy boost via their top mob, you are then able to return it via the broadcast, resulting in 20 energy for both you and the other person.

Did that answear your question? If so I hoped it helped.

AH!! So the message I get via the broadcast is what shows up if someone who is NOT in my Top Mob at the time they send energy to me sends me energy. It is then my job to put them in my Top Mob and send them energy back via the BROADCAST (by clicking CLICK) and that way my SEND ENERGY in Top Mob is still available for the second 10 of the energy boost. I think I get it now. Thanks. I was making it more difficult than it had to be. I thought I actually had to type something special in the broadcast box in order to send it via the broadcast.

So, in order for the 20/20 to work, it is best to ask if anyone wants/can do it before you send anyone energy from your Top Mob, right? One person has to NOT have the other in their Top Mob initially for it to work, right? (I'm asking b/c I've noticed that I seem to only get that message from someone NOT in my Top Mob.)

You should still get the broadcast message when someone sends you energy reguardless if they are in your top mob or not.

I know this has been explained to death but maybe i can bring some clarification to your questions.

In order for anyone to send someone else energy that person must first be in their Top Mob. Now in order for someone to return that energy, the initial sender must still have that person in their Top Mob.

Example: I add you to my Top Mob, send you energy, I get impatient and remove you from my Top Mob. On your side, you will still see the broadcast message saying that ive sent you energy, but if you try to return it, you will get a message saying "Could not send back an energy boost to XYXYXYX. You may have already sent back a boost or this mobster may have removed you from their top mob". Now if you know you haven't sent any energy back to them yet, it means they removed you from their Top Mob, prior to you returning the energy.

The same applies for you when you send energy. So if you are expecting someone to return the energy, you must keep them in your Top Mob until they do.

So now, apply all of this information to a 20/20 Swap, as explained before.

First make sure the person you want to 20/20 with knows that this is supposed to happen, then you both add each other to your Top Mobs, send the energy (so you both now have 10 from the initial send), then you go to your broadcast, find the same person, and return the energy (so now you both have another 10 from returning it to each other).
