Mission %'s Are All Messed Up!

Everything is my mission completed percentage is messed up. Missions I have NOT done, are now done. Missions I was SO CLOSE to finishing, are now reset back to zero. For example, I had over 100 Tanks, but now the mastery is down to Bronze and 0%. Anyone else have this happen tonight?
