Mobsters sucks!!!!! I sent an email to the godfather about missing points I paid for with a credit card and still no response after 3 days. and playdome or whatever it is hasn't even read my complaint I sent to them. I hope the sight is over run by hackers who steal a billion favor points.:mad:

i had something similar happen to me with the casino and i emailed them 3 weeks ago and still not a thing, no response no points im thinking about talking to the bbb the better business people, its nonsense

Check your charges on your credit card bill. There is always the possibility that it did not go through. Which form of CC payment did you use. Every time I buy favor points I use the drop down menu that is directly beneath the Favor Point trade in options.

It looks something like that. It would take you to a page that is ccbill...or something.

I do not think the BBB will do anything for you seeing as what your complaining about is not a purchase rather than it is an in-game technical issue. Are you sure you were supposed to recieve points. If so I would recomend using the in-game techinical support form.
I actually suggest that tot he both of you if you have not done so already. To get there click the Help tab, then click support, then open the Bugs/Technical Issues menu (j_mob) or the Favor Points menu (louiebiglips). Read through the options you see and if none help you then click the no option which will bring up the support form. I have used it on several occasions and have recieved very prompt feedback.
