Question about the attack list

I pulled up the attack list and a few people who are in my mob appeared on the attack list. I don't want to be attacking my own people, so what gives?

The system will not let you attack a person in your own mob. You will see them but it won't let you do it.

You will get a message like this.

Insuccesso:
You cannot attack members of your own mob.
