where it says disabled until june 24. it changes each day it started at the 20th and goes longer each day.... what should i do?

contact the GF, complain through the apps help service. Let them know what has happened, and I'm sure they will be forthcoming about the situation, and reactivate your ability to heal.

Well, as I said, get ahold of the godfather through support and help tab on mobsters. I know several people that had that problem. It is reversed after they figure out themselves what has happened to your account.
