Mob size

I have almost 600 mobsters. Yet when I attack it only uses 510. Does anyone know when the mobster usage goes up?

It doesn't. Unless you buy hired guns, the max you can use is 500 after level 100 + your top mob. You should use search next time as this question is asked all the time.
