Never seen a thread on this, and never quite figured it out either; on the hitlist, mobsters show up at 0 sec, 15 sec, and 30 sec. What determines when they will show up / on whos page? Why can some see them before the rest can? Always wondered that. It is normally the easier bounties at zero seconds or is that just because they dont last to the next time segment... idk, someone tell me what you think

Mobsters is run on different servers. It takes longer for the hitlist to show on all the servers so that is why some people see hitlistings before you.

People that are lower than you are automatically disregarded when pulling up the list.
But Fedralis's post was the main reason.

There is an unwritten law that if you have 3 accts, 1 at level 10, 1 at level 150 and 1 at the level 400 the following occurs.
The 7b level 160 bounty will show to your level 10 but not your level 150
The weak level 450 rider will only appear to you level 10 and 150 but not your 400
Papermaker or Betty F*** Crocker will appear to your level 400

Trace Route (http://www.mediacollege.com/internet/troubleshooter/traceroute.html)
Check it out. This command will show you how many hops (servers) you are jumping through to get to Mobsters.

lol, that's "hops" and it doesn't really help here.
