It's on facebook, and I don't know, There is a thread mentioning this already, maybe when you have friends that haven't been added yet. It is nothing more but a recruiting method.

I've received gifts from 3 people, who are all in my top mob. I was wondering the same thing as to how to send one back.

I've received them, as well. It is definitely gifts and it is definitely on Facebook. I have not figured out how to send them yet. I don't know if they are rolling the feature on, or something. I would assume that it would be an interstitial when you launch the game, but I have not seen it yet. I feel guilty accepting without being able to return the favor.

I wouldn't mind it, im a very easy going gamer though. After going through enough games I've developed an immunity to updates and changes. I know they are going to happen and there's usually not much that can be done about it, so I embrace it and enjoy the new features. :)
