A higher level mobster keeps attacking me

My level is about 320 and a guy that has a level of 440 keeps attacking me. How long will the game let him attack me for? I havent retaliated for his attacks for at least 2 maybe 3 weeks. He has killed me about 90 times. He also has a lower account and he hitlist me all the time. The account is more then half of mine so the game will not even let me hitlist him back. Is there anything I can do about that too?

No there isn't, part of the game is being open to attacks from other players. If they have been attacking you they should show up on your rivalry list.

And another question, how can a level 440 attack a 320? If they are a higher level than you, you can still attack them from their mobsters page.

The Reason he can attack me is because he started attacking me when we were the same level. So if im on his rivalry list then he can retaliate against me but it has been weeks since ive have attacked him and he is still at it.
