They give you a conformation email, find that amongst your many emails, which btw it may be in spam. Once you locate that, email it to support for whichever provider you have. They will happily give you the points then.

I clicked on the offer, it took me to a link to download. Then i installed the app but at no time did i give my email to the gaming harbor web site for a confermation email......now what do i do?????

Go to what you downloaded then and take a screen shot that shows you have it on your computer, running on your system. Send them the shot and they can't deny it then. I've dealt with them too, it's difficult. But worthwhile once you prove your point. Because not only do you get your points, you also get that satisfaction of, "I told you." With the offer company.

How do i take a screen shot?

CTRL + PRTSC buttons on your keyboard,
then go to MS Paint in your start menu and paste.

It may also be FN+Prt sc too, depending on your keyboard set up. I'm on a laptop, so it may be different, I think Chill is just using a mac or something. But that's how it is for me.

Ok thanks should i take a screen shot of my downloads box....where all my downloads are sent after they finsh or what?

hopefully you don't have offerpal. I did this same thing 2 weeks ago. provided 2 s/s show that it is downloaded and running on my computer and I still haven't got my points.
