Retaliation glitch?

I went after someones bounty and got lucky. Got it in one attack. So far I've gotten 11 attacks in return. Each one of them says they are retaliating from my previous attack(s). Now 11 for 1 attack from an obviously higher level seems like a serious glitch. I have returned NONE of the attacks. Someone needs to look into this. My understanding is that they can retaliate for the same number of attacks only. I havent attacked 11 times, yet I get 11 retaliation attacks?

It must be that they can retaliate to anyone on their retaliation list, it must of been that they havn't lost (or been attacked much) many fights so that "one" attack put you on his retaliation list, meaning they can retaliate as many times as they'd like against you untill someone else attacks them more times and knocks you off their list. It is unfortunate I know, but that is apart of the game.

No, a higher level can only retaliate for the number of attacks dealt them. Ex: Mobster "A" lvl 100 takes Mobster "B" lvl 120 bounty with 3 attacks. Mobster B can only retaliate for those 3 attacks before the "Forgive and Forget" function is supposed to come into effect making it so that Mobster B cant attack Mobster A again. Only if Mobster "A" attacks Mobster "B" again, can Mobster "B" renew the attacks, but only for the amount of new attacks Mobster "A" did. At least thats how it was explained to others on these forums. A lower lvl mobster has unlimited attacks on a higher lvl, a higher is limited by the amount of attacks the lower one does.
And as for being put on their rivalry list for collecting the bounty. That generally isnt the case. ALL the mobsters that go after the bounty show up in the listed mobsters bc's and each one can get attacked from there. Seems to me, the same rule should apply to that scenario as its supposed to in the rivalry list itself.

I Have A Question For The Godfather In Relation To The Rivalry List... Supposed To Be Able To Retaliate Against Those Who Put You On The Hitlist, Yet I Have Someone Who has Hitlisted Me Several Times And Has Yet To Show Up On My Rivalry List. Lowest Number Of Losses I Have Against Any Rivals On My List Is 3, And I've Been Listed By This Person Several Times More Than That. Also, Is There ANY Way To Remove Other Players From The Rivalry List??? I Accidentally Attacked One Player Whom I Had Since Made Peace With Not Realizing That I Had Pulled Up The Rivalry List Instead Of The Attack List. "Forgive And Forget" Is Fine, But I Think we Should Also Be Able To Clear Select Players Off The Rivalry List On Our Own.
