My complaint

[Insanity bitch]

Today I get punched 7 times by someone who happens to be lower level then I am... he then hit lists me (he seems to have an obsession with me, even when I told him to stop, he continues anyway) and when I try to defend myself by attacking him back I keep recieving this message:

"Insuccesso:

Forgive and forget! You cannot retaliate any more unless The Rat7890 defeats you again."

I find it to be very frustrating and very unfair that I'm unable to defend myself to a lower ranked member. This person had hit listed me several times and I was only allowed to attack back a couple of times before getting that message.

Please make it so that when someone hitlists you that you have the unlimited amount of attack rights so you can seek revenge. Also allow the revenger to attack (not punch) the hitlister even when they're in the hospital. Let them have easy access to kill them back.

If the lower rank members wants to play with the higher levels then they should be treated as a high ranked member. Each have the same rights to attack each other.

I would like to take care of this guy myself. He attacked me and then started hitlisting me. It's not fair having a lower ranked mob to attack a high ranked mob and not having the right to defend yourself because of the rank issues.

Their should also be a restrictions as of how many people you can hitlist.

3 times :eek: please dun hurt my precious stats! This game is based of attacking and killing people, have you ever been in a baseball game and asked the pitcher not to throw the ball so fast so you can bat the ball? Get with the program, kill him, kill him again, repeat.

2. try this: send him a message telling him/her how much less of a life he could have to spend half his day punching you, listing you, waiting, then repeating.
He will either whine and make up a fantasy life that he has, or ignore you, or continue being an annoying little kid. during this time you are happy that you have more of a life than this most likely 14 year old kid that has nothing better to do. =]

Even with the bugs Mafia Wars has, it is less aggravating not getting these stupid forgive and forget messages from someone who constantly attacks me. Mobsters attack anyone, and kill who they want. Putting restrictions on it is ridiculous. I've read posts saying someone attacking 4 times is too much. It seems like this game is intended for those who don't want their feelings hurt. I am going back to Mafia Wars.
