Offer Support Page Missing

Whenever I go to the offer page to fill out a problem the screen is empty and when I highlight a message say that "there was an internal system error and administrators have been notified. Please try again later." This has been happening for 5 days. Does anybody here know whats up?

umm doesnt happen to me... You might want to try a different browser or clear you internet cache and cookies then try it again.
