In order to achieve the class Bagman, you need to have a High Rise Residence. Does anyone know how to get one?

I'm pretty sure it's an upgraded Residential territory. I'm not too sure which location and which residential type it upgrades from, though..

Hmm, well I have already upgraded from Subdivision > Gated Mansion, so it can't be that. Any other ideas what territory it could possibly be? c:

It could probably be an upgrade from Brownhouses. Try going to every location and seeing if an upgrade is available? ( if not, advance a few more levels and be sure to watch for the GF to give you the usual "you've unlocked a new territory!" message. )

Mmkay. How do you get to a Brownhouse again? (I'm still going to test it out. :P)

I recall I unlocked the gated mansion by just leveling up. o_o; You should get more properties as you level up.

upgrade from a "Row of Brownstones" is a "Block of Townhouses" which give you 2% increase in energy regeneration speed.

upgrade from "Block of Townhouses" is "Luxury Condo Community" which gives you 4% increase in energy regeneration speed.

Both available at level 25 in Miami

So a Luxury Condo Community is considered a High Rise Residence?

*EDIT: Nvm, tried it. x_x Doesn't work.

I am at Miami and just made to level 25. I just upgraded a row of brownstones to block of town, but then I can't upgrade it to luxury condo. I tried all other 3 locations and none of them can upgrade either.

Without this, I can't get to landlord class. Anyone knows? Thanks

odds are the lvl requirements were raised on it, i'm betting the high rise is a vegas thing, when ever we can go there (is it released at any lvl yet?)

I'm pretty sure that all territory upgrades have been raise to like level 50 now.

Don't know about Vegas. I fight alot of high levels on the hitlist and haven't seen any in Vegas yet.

level 50? That means you can't become a bagman until level 50? That will take a long time then.

I'm level 39 and can click on upgrade for the block of town homes, but a gray box shows up and says blueprints unlocked at level 62.

It's telling me I need to wait till level 62 to upgrade. I'm level 31 and have completed all missions in Bronx, Downtown, and New Jersey. Guess there's nothing I can do but wait until level 62. I am making $82,000 a day right now. I think it might be the luxury condos upgraded...? Anyone else know anything more?

btw...

a resort casino is not a highrise... I was lucky enought to have gotten some of the propertys before the GF locked them down.

Is it only 12 locations we can build or are other slots unlocked later in the game?

really I don't see long term value in most of the classes, for me I like money man the most, until I unlock all the classes in the good tree, I think its hitman and assassin... then look good...

Ehh, I only have a casino. x_x;

For me, I usually take the classes that give me the most EXP. I like leveling faster. ;)

I'm gonna go out on a limb and bet high rises either weren't coded before the lock down or they are a Vegas thing and that wasn't or isn't finished being coded in yet.

12% less cash from business and finance missions then..
