Many of you have worried that with the release of Mobsters 2 on facebook, the original Mobsters would not receive any attention. But I am here to let you know that this is not true, and new content is coming before this month is over!

This update will include:


6 New Vehicles
4 New Henchmen
4 New Territories
1 New Tattoo
Over 10 New Missions

Most of the items will only be attainable through the new missions, but all will be completely free.

yes because thats the area that dont really matter, +2 energy dont matter that much
it does if you manage to: use ALL your energy, natualy regain all the energy back, THEN get energy boosts from the mob.
but if you get 10 energy boosts every hour then it dont matter if you have 10 or 100 max energy, your energy is still at 100 at the end of the hour

This better be thought out before being executed. That one mission provided the territory, and wasn't just once-only. Energy bulkers will own this shit, if they can get a 100 Max Health+ territory each time they do the mission. We'd be seeing way more level 1000's, way more people with 10k+ health, etc.

Yeah, sorry. There's just one of two scenarios for that +2 that I can think of. You can do the mission (I'm throwing out the whole "buying" option because that would be simply retarded to buy skill points even if the amount was astronomical) and get an item ONCE, which would be kind of boring. Or you can keep doing the mission to keep getting the item. Now, with the latter, there are people making 50k energy a day. This mission costs freakin' 47 energy to do (more after the bronze level, I'm sure). These high energy takers are going to get SPOILED on this, if this is the case. Not only do they get more income that only costs energy, they also get more free energy. However, maybe it will get maxed at some point, but again, rather useless territory if it's limited. Now, to the mass who says stop whining. I firmly believe that he put the whole "(remember, all content shown below is subject to change before release):" the godfather wrote means, "hey, if I did something stupid, someone should point it out!" kind of deal.

Naturally, Facebook Mobsters and Myspace mobsters get everything the same. It might be a little until we get it on Facebook, just like the jacket, but I doubt it will be much of a wait due to the fact that Myspace is a larger platform in comparison to Myspace, and this seems to be higher level material as well, so it won't have that much of an impact on Facebook other than to your already extremely high levels such as blowpop.

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. That last territory is a base territory that gives 500k income for 500M. It is cheaper and gives less than the empty field (750M for 1M income). How, in any way, does what you have said reflect any of that information?

Territory is the only thing that he really shows, so it's the only thing I can really talk about (he shows some missions and pictures of other things to be released, but not enough information to say yay or nay about yet). Because it still seems like you are making a advantage to people with out investing energy skill points? Cause I invested 240 skill points into energy but those are 240 that could go to defence or attack. but now there is going to be a mission that gives free skill points for energy.

I dont think they will be a one time mission. It looks like you can do it as many times as you want pretty much. It has a mastery thing and it shows that as loot so, The godfather is giving people free skill points in a since. for someone lvl 401+ that is like 6666.66 exp worth of energy skill points.

true, i can still gain about a level a day (more if i was on more than only at night) if i wanted to but i find it "Troublesome" (Trademark Medo 2009) so i just take it easy been 438 for like a week now

Adapt or be rubbed out, you think you were the only one F***ed by that? I had about the same amount of points dumped into energy, you know what I did? I sacrificed points that should have gone into health and dumped them into attack, and don't lie and say those points still didn't help, cuz it'll be complete bullshit. Energy points are not completely useless, you just have to know how the hell to use them, use your damn head.

Adapt or be rubbed out, you think you were the only one F***ed by that? I had about the same amount of points dumped into energy, you know what I did? I sacrificed points that should have gone into health and dumped them into attack, and don't lie and say those points still didn't help, cuz it'll be complete bullshit. Energy points are not completely useless, you just have to know how the hell to use them, use your damn head.

I have dont the math, People who do have that energy get about in 24 hrs get 288 energy, that is 288 more energy that you get to keep than those people with 10 energy or less and only getting those energy boosts. and dont let there energy run low anyways.

No purchaseable Items, weapons and henchman and stuff are "Completely Free" meaning you get them from missions like the Taser and Metal chain and Flame Thrower, and then their are the liquor bottles that are like the Rolex's and stuff

I don't think so considering that one missions rewards a +2 energy territory. At first I thought it was like an avatar item. Where it would introduce the bonus (singular) to your character, but you could still use the territory for...well what territories are supposed to be for. However, then I thought about how it would look with these territories as a background to our avatars and it would definitely not make sense to do this.

Godfather, take out the healing captchas when on the hitlist. I can no longer ride, and I have never used a bot. I can't get more than 10-15 heals without getting the captcha and by the time I solve it, I'm off.

This is a great update, but you should take down the captchas as part of it.

Hey godfather, if you want to make the game better try keeping the B/C fixed. How about some feature that prohibits the same post more than twice a day. These people using programs to spam the B/C is annoying to say the least. ..Dude, you do realize being Lv 401+ you need 10,000 EXP to level up, right? I quite miss the whole 1000 EXP to level up, really. And thats for Lv 315+ I believe. Once you get to Lv 400, you get the mission to gain 700 EXP Points per doing. But it costs you a ton of Energy to do. Because Lv 400+ needs 10K experience, you need the massive EXP giving missions just to level up since attacking people is really insufficient unless you both have monstrous health. =/

On topic note: Oi I'm definitely looking forward to these improvements. Will they be level specific? or for all levels.

He said level 100...not 400 :p Its very easy to level up doing the tank mission unless you suicide every time.

i do understand that and for yall it maybe an advatange to have them that way but i dont wanna get to those lvls for that reasons that and i can't list low lvl tards but thats another topic either that but seriously now a days who wants to lvl in the first place people make low lvls for a reason that or for lvl 100-125 500xp 126-150 1000xp 150-200 1500 xp 200-250 2000xp i think you get the idea by now i'm jus saying doing a mission twice can get you lvled thats to quick wen your down here

Since there will be missions involving the former Soviet Union, how about some henchmen like "Spetsnaz soldier", "former KGB agent", "FSB agent", "Russian mercenary" (like in the minigames), Russian hitman (like in the mission), or "Russian separatist rebel"? They'd be cooler than a comedian!

it does if you manage to: use ALL your energy, natualy regain all the energy back, THEN get energy boosts from the mob.
but if you get 10 energy boosts every hour then it dont matter if you have 10 or 100 max energy, your energy is still at 100 at the end of the hour

it will be easier to reach lvl 40

It has the ability to hack your account, purchase property, (exploiting a cash glitch if you have insufficient funds), and thus raising your bounty. After you are listed, the bot sells the property and lists another account with the cash leaving you unaware that you ever had this property.

The Godfather should bring in captcha's for everytime someone buys property, and implement a limit of only 20 purchases a day. We must rid the game of cheats.

I mean, I raised concerns for what little information I knew about the territory and I got people telling me to stop my bitching and be thankful? You know, sorry if I worry about the future of the game from insane releases that may offset any balance there was to certain areas. And I was constantly was saying I believe he wants us to do this, that it could be helpful, and it was just my opinion. For all you guys know, those people who are sitting there thanking the godfather for releasing new content, but not knowing what that content is, could very well be screwed over by it. Its something different, even if it does throw the game off balance, it wont be the same boring game over and over that we've had for months on end...any items that are released, no matter what they do, people will adapt to, and the ones who dont or doesnt want to will leave.

I dont really care what they do, its just having SOMETHING different to do/have...I'll adapt either way, because if one of the henchmen does have a critical strike chance to it, I can use mine right back...it evens itself out depending on how you use it...and if it hurts the riders...well...guess theyll just have to adapt or leave.

I can not find the recent thread, but the Godfather has finally realised that Myspace consider mass friend addition as spam, and thus will delete accounts. The GF said that he can not change "mob size" requirements for "Legacy" items and missions, eg the Airports and badges, but he will not release further updates that "absorb" new friends and thus encourage people to add more friends.

i believe your wrong, theyre are 3 new properties displayed in his screen shot. 1 is a development, 2 are gainable through missions, he stated there will be 4 new properties, so i predict it will cost 600,000,000 and bring in 400,000, built on the "Overseas Lot". so dont worry, i feel very strong that a new property will be purchasable

Yeah thats what it looked like, So we will have to wait for another update it looks like to get anything that is needed for overseas lot, and guess on the other territory could be that it adds stuff to defense haha. <<< would be great for defence players cause attack based players get too much advantage.

That'll never happen, for one itll jump incomes in leaps and bounds and two it'll make older players suffer more since they had wasted billions upon billions of dollars buying things 10 at a time.

Kinda the same thing that happened when the GF introduced mission masteries...people did those tanks, boat and escort missions 100 times each to get the badge then when masteries came out they had to do them all again.

I am making the assumption that the 4th Property will be a "building" not an empty territory. I base this on the "Oversea's Lot". As the shown "properties" are US based resorts, and they seem to be rewards to purchasable, there will probably be something that is built on the "Oversea's Lot". Just my guess.

The GF increased the % of the bonus, but he also capped it at 500 mob and then did a divide by 10 in part of the equation. It significantly reduces the bonus for people with larger mobs. After reading a few statements he made about property requirements, I believe he did this to cut down on the number of mob friend requests going out that could be considered spam. I can understand this as I was adding people like crazy to get a bigger bonus myself. That's not to say that I like this cap, I hate it, but I understand his reasoning.
