bug in my display of my new mobsters and godfather hired guns

I don't know why but I've added 5 hired guns plus 1 earned and have had over the past couple weeks 5 new members and it still displays 8 members (3 members -2 are visible in this area not three - and 5 hired guns) is this a delay bug. Because when I send gifts it is to 5 members when I only show 2 in the display area.

What is going on is it a programming delay, time/initiation delay or a bug.
