Whenever I try to do anything like do a mission, fight a mobster, etc. A message pops up saying Oops Your Characters name could not be determined.

I'm getting the same message. I did not go here first when I created my character. So I had a space in the name. I checked the link noted and it is a closed topic. I have an I-pod touch with the 3.0 OS. What can I do?

The only thing that i can tell you until this is fixed is to Delete the app and reinstall it and choose a different name. it will be free to Download again so you dont have to worry about that.
