well i think you would agree with me on this lol

he is level 13 and has 10 cars that need favour points and it is imposible to get 190 in just 13 levels

If he bought Favor points it could be done. Just going by the myspace mobsters. have no XP with Mobsters 2. So I don't know if you can buy favor points

It is possible points were purchased or offers were done. Therefore, at this standpoint for now, no cheating would be able to be detected.
