Stuck on level 39

Ive completed every mission thats available and Im stuck on level 39..how can this be?..you would think that there would be another mission available or two when you master every mission to this point..anyone have an idea of what I might possibly need to do besides do missions Ive mastered to get to level 40...thanks for any help provided..

There's lots of things you can do when you're at a level without any available missions.

a) Do old missions that gave loot, such at the Sanitation Contract for Teamsters, or Dispose of a Hotweapon for more AK-47's.

b) Do available Godfather missions.

c.) Do missions that offer considerable cash rewards, (to maybe give your equipment or territory a boost.)

d.) Spend several days or so just staying at your current level, gaining money from territories and over-powering your mob with high-end weapons, (Laser Rifle, Exoskeleton, Hand Grenades, etc.)

Honestly a good mission to do to make a good amount of cash is "Dispose of a Hot Weapon" you get Ak 47's off of em' and you can sell em' for 20k each so thats a good way to make money also so just re-do that same mission, just because you hit "Platnium" rank doesn't mean you cant do the mission again.
