Has anyone else received this error? I've received it three times today, all while trying to send and return energy boosts...

just curious if anyone else has seen this...if i wait about 15-20 minutes, it allows me to send energy and/or return it, but if i try to do it before that 15 minute window, i get that same message...not sure what the problem is with it, it's on an account that receives very little energy, and i'm not terribly active on it, it's more of a banking account...
