What to do with random Loot Items?

I've got a few items in my Loot that appear to have no use at all. Can't sell 'em, can't use 'em.....(Bottles of Oxycontin, Cohiba Sublime Cigars, etc.) I'm only a level 22 currently, so I was wondering if these items will be needed for missions farther along in the game?

Oxycontin is used at level 55 or 56 for, Frame a Rival Family Member in jersey.
And the sublime Cigars are used for, Take Care of a High Roller in las vegas. cant remember what level for those though... i know its in the 40-50s though lol

Simply put... one way or another, every item in the 'loot' category can and probably will be used at one point or another...

Unfortunately... it can take up 2 a few months before you get to truly understand why they gave us pillz and cigars that we can not use as of yet...
