I do not remember being prompted for a name, so I'm guessing that this is a bug. How can I fix it?

um.. i dont think you can.. the only way is to get it reported as "offensive" and it will be changed.. but i dotn think you have a choice in what it changes too. the prompt was the very first screen in the app after you added the app.
