not fighting with all my mob

i have 439 mobsters and growing. plus my top mob but when i fight i only use 410 of them! what gives?

are you on level 85? If you you can only fight with 5 mob per each level. You will not fight with your full mob until you reach level 100 and even then you only fight with 500 mob plus your top mob and any hired guns you may have.
