I think it would help gameplay a whole lot if you made it easier to find mobsters not in your mob by simply typing their names in a search window.
When a mob member asks for help on the broadcast page it is really hard to find the mobster in question unless he/she has left a comment on another mobster's page.
With a serch option you can simply type in the mobster's name and kick his a*s ;)
