how about a feature to be able to swap unused loot with fellow mobsters or sell em to rival mobsters, or barder for other stuff.

That would be great to be able to do that. I know people in my mob that need stuff that i have way to many of but I dont think they will bring gifting over here.

I think being able to send mobsters personal stuff is a good idea!
