does anyone know how many times/energy needed for the missions "Infiltrate Party Machinery" and "Take Over a Former Soviet Republic"?

Well because of the randomness in the "Infiltrate Party Machinery" the amount of energy varies by a fair amount.

Infiltrate party machinery: Do this mission 218 times (656 Total) to get the PLATINUM medal.

Take over former soviet republic: Do this mission 4 times (11 Total) to get the PLATINUM medal.

I'm not sure about exact amounts but I would hope that you can do the math for an approximate amount of energy required

you get between 1-5 appartichiks each time. Your amount could vary, but the average is three, so I boubt you'd have to do the 25 energy mission more than a few times less or more. I'd say the variance is 100 energy total
