Van of Explosives is from Mob War! in Da Bronx, Makeshift Petrol Bomb is from "Negotiate" City Sanitation Contract, Bundle of Dynamite is in Jersey from Engineer a Prison Breakout.

They are the featured and black market items on the equipment tab. You have to get them while they are on there.
