30x into Infiltrate City Hall (looks like ~70x to master), I've gotten 1 Lovestruck Mayor's Aide. **** me... Even if I had no missions to master (approaching that very quickly...), I don't know if I would bother with this - 3% so far is a rubbish rate, when the cash payout is so negligible - I'd rather get a better payout and buy Croupiers/Disgruntled City Workers/Locksmiths...
