That could mean he just hasn't figured out how much to charge for it, after all if he had finished it all, would he not of released it? Also, if you notice the mission, you get one of the properties (+2 energy) in a non-one time only mission.

yes because thats the area that dont really matter, +2 energy dont matter that much
it does if you manage to: use ALL your energy, natualy regain all the energy back, THEN get energy boosts from the mob.
but if you get 10 energy boosts every hour then it dont matter if you have 10 or 100 max energy, your energy is still at 100 at the end of the hour

Did you just say one of the 4 allocation points don't matter, so we should just kick them in the nuts some more than they have been from top mob? Not exact words, but look at what you're saying. Just because you personally don't think it "matters". Not to mention there is a +100 health in there with rather low income, which is a good thing for riders. But still simply offsetting that extra punch damage from the henchmen. And if they were only ONE time territories, then it's really only 2 territories that we get that's actually useful in the long run, so to say. But take a look at that other territory. 500k for 500M at base? I'm most curious to see that last territory and also if it will be available to <120.
