Casino's & High-Rise Residences

At what level do casino's and high rise residences become available for purchase? Also, do you have to be a specific class in order to own/buy them?

high-rise unlocks at level 63, and can ONLY be built in the downtown area.

What is the chain of territories built to get to the High Rise Residence. like Dive on Pizza Parlor, Ristorante on Pizza Parlor. etc etc

Slum > Row of Brownstones > Apartment Complex > High-Rise Residence

Casinos are unlocked at level 55.

I just fought a level 35 player who already has the casino. How did he get it at that level if it unlocks at 55?

That's correct. I believe they are only available in Miami and Jersey, though, maybe Vegas ().

They got it before the Godfather implemented level restrictions for property

That, along with a lot of changes I've been seeing the couple of days I've been here, has be wondering one thing. Is Mobsters 2 doing any closed beta testing before putting these changes out here?

Also, I've been reading through these forums, and it seems like a lot of changes have been made with us the general player-base being the guinea pigs.

I know you want to get content out to said player-base ASAP, but there needs to be some pre-release testing. Not only could it cut down on player confusion, it could probably cut down on the number of angry "What the F*** is going on now?" posts I've run across now and then.
