The Metal Chain (please help!!)
I can't seem to figure out where to get the metal chain ?? It told me to do some petty theft to get the chain but the only petty theft mission I had was the bike lock one & that one I achieved platinum mastery.
If someone could tell me what I need to do I would greatly appreciate it I've looked all over to figure it out  |

You should be able to get it from the "Smuggle Stolen Goods" mission:
Smuggle Stolen Goods Available at level 10 Required Energy: 13 Required Equipment: 1x City Map & 1x Lucky Rabbit's Foot Required Mobsters: 12 Payout: $6,000 - $12,000 Experience: +17 Exp/Energy: 1.31 Loot: Garrote, Taser, Metal Chain
